I have had brand new bad cartridges also....But after junking a MultiPass
2500, we have discovered that these printers suffer from build-up & heat
problems. High volume & long life are not the strong points of these
units...Eventually the blank page syndrome leads to a replacement of some
brushes, for us, it was very expensive...the second time, the cost of
repairs exceeded worth of the unit..... This Canon 4100 unit may need to be
serviced by an authorized rep, this mirrors the problems of our unit that
was repaired successfully...
