Mine "drops down" a context sensitive menu that changes depending
on where I have the cursor active, or which area of the screen is in use.

For example, when I hit that key while writing this e-mail, an ALMOST
identical menu drops down to the one I would have gotten if I clicked on
the menu bar (above) where it says "Edit".
(This is in XP-Pro and MSOE6SP1.)

Since this is VERY sensitive to exactly where the "system focus" is,
you may or may not get "anything", but WILL get something that is
"~always~" different...  (But it IS repeatable for the same place or
area clicked...)          Hope that makes some sense...

BTW,  I do not use that key since it "is" so ~erratic~...
