  According to

http://www.idg.net/idg_frames/english/content.cgi?vc=docid_9-70170.html

"The E3U, which sells for $1,099, comes with a 350-MHz AMD K6-2
processor with a 100-MHz front-side bus; 64MB of RAM; an 8GB hard
drive; 4MB of synchronous graphics RAM (SGRAM); a 32-speed
maximum/14-speed minimum CD-ROM drive; and software including ViaVoice
and Lotus SmartSuite."

Notice the reference to 100 MHz FSB. The chip is running at a 3.x
multiplier.
I know of no 430TX boards that support 100MHz FSB. Some may support 75
and 83 MHz, but you may find some of your peripherals aren't happy with
the PCI bus sped up to 37-41 MHz instead of its usual 33 MHz.
So your best conservative/reliable setting for this chip may be 3.5x66 =
233 MHz. That should work, and may even meet your needs, but $1099 is
probabnly too much to pay for it.
