HI:

Another couple of names that you might consider are, EPOX and MicroStar
Both are excellant manufacturors that put their money back into R&D rather
than advertising.

I have used both and find them to be stable, reliable boards and a good
alternative to the more expensive and sometimes more troublesome "Brand
Name" boards you have mentioned.

I suggest you look at the Epox 3VSA2 main board for your celeron 800 at
www.epox.com.tw.  It is the latest version of a S370 board and will do the
new tatulin chips if you want to upgrade later.  It is a Via chipset so it
can handle much more ram than a board with Intel's 815 chipset can, that
has a 512 limit.
