Joe,

Any virus software running in the background? Could be it's flipped out and
convinced itself it has to thouroughly scan every program you open. I've
seen it happen before. Just a suggestion.

Subject: [PCBUILD] CPU

> I have a HP Pavilion 6470z. All of a sudden it seems that my cpu runs at
or near 100% when ever I run any software. Some of my programs lock up the
computer every time. I don't think I have much running in the background
and I have have plenty of disk space. Any idea why?
