Shakeel,

There is nothing wrong with your computer.  A digital movie is recorded to
be displayed perfectly at one size only.  Also, not all movies were recorded
to be viewed at the same size.  If you increase the size of the movie window
or maximize the window (is this what you mean by full action?), then the
image will not be as nice.
