QVS makes something for that.
CD Audio Adder: Connects Two CD/DVD Drives to One Sound
Card MPC to MPC/SB Card - 2 feet. # AS2CD-Y
$~10 at MicroCenter. (Also similar item in their WEB catalog.)
Some site we hear about on this list from time to time has
them in their paper fliers too.  (Computerguys.com cyberguys?
