Hi Everyone
A friend thinks her modem was fried during an electrical storm and she can no
longer cruise the internet BUT she can get her email. So wouldn't that
indicate that her modem is still working? And maybe some settings or
drivers have been messed up? Maybe it's a problem with her browser? I'd
like to help her out, if I can, by sending her some suggestions. She
hasn't given me any info on her system but I could probably get it if
necessary.
TIA
Heather
