The default setting should be 4.5X @ 66 Mhz  4.5*66=300.

To overclock this chip to 450 MHZ, you should run at 4.5X @ 100 MHZ. I
suspect the mobo is just reporting the speed based upon it's settings, not
upon what the chip is actually running.  The Celeron is clock-locked,
meaning it won't run at any multiplier other than 4.5X. (Overclock is always
at your own risk)

The PCI bus should be at 33 Mhz - Either 1/2 of a 66 MHZ bus, or 1/3 of a
100 MHZ bus.
