I'm not sure how the training guide works, but with Windows NT, if you
are trying to install it from a DOS prompt, you use WINNT, not WINNT32.
I think you use WINNT32 if you are installing it from Win95, or upgrading
Win95 to NT.

The switches you can use are:
For a diskless install (installs needed files from CD-ROM) = winnt /b
To create the 3 boot disks from the CD-ROM = winnt /o
Note: winnt /ox is supposed to do something similiar. I personally
would try the /o with what you are trying to do.

You can also try using WINNT32 /? or WINNT /? to see if it will give you
a help listing.

When I set up NT, I use a DOS boot disk with the generic CD-ROM driver
(can be found in the file archives at NOSPIN) and run the winnt /b for a
diskless install. Works good for me!

Hope this helps!
