The lines are through the middle of the text, not "underlining".  I am
using windows software (microsoft).

Is it printing lines where it should be "underlining" the text?  Are you
printing from "non-windows" software that is using windows dialogue for
the printer?


[I have a HP 672c printer.  I am getting random horizontal lines through
the text, but not on every line. The lines do not cover the space
between words. Many times the last word in a line is clear.

I purchased a new  ink cartridge.  No change.
I cleaned the rollers in the printer.  No change.]

Any suggestions.
