Andre:
None of the Win9x family can handle more than 512 mb. Microsoft's recommended
fixes are: (1) modify some configuration files so that Windows only uses 512
mb, or (2) remove some of your RAM. You can get further information and
instructions from the following MS Knowledge Base articles at
http://support.microsoft.com:
253912 -- Describes the general problem
108079 -- Solution for Win 3.1 and 95
181966 -- Solution for Win 98 and ME
Note that the 512 mb limit includes not only system RAM, but also the AGP
aperature mapping.
