> You answer sounds good , Do you know where to doenload a flash BOIS

Most MB makers have the utility on their website, although you probably
have a copy on the floppy you got with the board.

> utility , Can I replace the BIOS ROM IC While the PC is ON ?

Well you see that is the problem. Every PC manufaturer will say no, never
touch the board while it is on. Of course, since that is the only way for a
person to do it without a seperate programmer it is the only choice.
Technically, you can replace the chip while it is one, software wise the PC
doesn't need the chip after reading it initially, and hardware wise if you
take it out right you should have no problem. Bear in mind, it is a risk.
You could destroy both the chip and the board it is on through this
technique, but if it is the only way what choice do you have? TTYL
