  This message is from the MONITOR, indicating that it is not seeing a 
usable signal from the computer.
  If all connections are correct and secure, you may need to reconnect your 
old computer and change to some "vanilla" settings that will also work with 
the new monitor, at least to get Windows booted so you can customize them 
for the new device.
