Ian's answer is correct.  I personally have some programs unchecked that I
do not want to run at startup.  I let the message keep coming up just to
remind me that I do have them unchecked.  When I want one of them I just go
to Program Files and start it.  So I see that message all of the time.  It
does not hurt anything, it is just informative.
