On Udo's Choice oils, it notes that if you cannot consume the bottle within
about a month, then it is better to keep it in the freezer. When I buy mine,
it goes right into the freezer and it is runny even when it is frozen, and
is instantly usable. Never leave it at room temperature for any length of time.
