For me it was squats (I did a 200kg squat, my only ever one with that
weight, with the Mannatch crystals) and Concept 2 rowing ergometer (I did
a 1:25.6 minute 500m again with the Mannatech).  I was 52 at the time.
Recovery was not noticably different - but it's never been a problem for
me.
