Lynn,

My wife had gastric bypass so I know the kinds of issues you deal with.  I
imagine that Paleo would be very good as it is high in protein, low in sugar
and carbs, and nutrient dense.  The only thing I would wonder would be if
you were getting enough calcium as I know a lot of GBS patients have trouble
absorbing enough (my wife does).
