i do and don't know about bioavailibility .In my opinion it is a false
perpective to measure biavailibility ( how do they knows that anyway )
without taking in accompt the selective assimilation depending on body needs
of the moment .
when raw undenatured the cells responsible to transmit nutrients have the
ability to instinctivelly select the nutrients in accordance with body needs
( like any beings do ). once cooked this ability of the cells is impaired
allowing in the body, nutrients that should not be there in the first place
( leaky gut ).
