How long after lean protein do you get hungry?

Benefits of fat:
* may slow the entrance of turkey constituents (protein, carbs), this
minimizing insulin
* may promote satiety, thereby limiting hunger and caloric intake

Too much fat, however, can increase caloric intake.  This, in turn, can
cause rises in insulin and insulin resistance.  Fat requirements are related
to biochemical individuality, physical activity levels...
