Thanks. The article was something I've been meaning to research for 
some time. Peter Green made it easier by focusing on just B vitamins. 
I had intended it to cover all nutrients in grains.

I get annoyed when I see dietitians pushing grains as an important 
food in one's diet. I wanted something to rebut them. By posting to 
this list I know where in my e-mail program I can find it when I need it.

I also submitted a comment to a fellow that was arguing that bread 
and pasta are important staples and one has to keep them in one's diet.

I presume the NYT will approve them later today.
