Depends on how much leafy green vegetables you're eating. You should be
eating a lot of them. If not, then I'd supplement. And following Loren
Cordain's analysis of our ancestors diet where he found calcium and
magnesium in a 1:1 ratio, I'd supplement in a 1:1 ratio.
