do you know how quinoa and brown rice figure into this?

i think the sprouted quinoa and rice i've been having may be producing a
mucuous response in my body, so i've switched to raw fish in the mornings
instead.

so far, great response!

anyone here eat raw eggs,
someone has been telling me that eating raw eggs causes one to develop a
biotin deficiency...

bought some ostrich today,
and dehydrating at 108 degrees to make jerky
