You didn't say how much you ate in any of the paleo groups:
meats, veggies, fruits, nuts. Two things to consider to maintain muscle:
* do you lift weights?
* are you eating enough meats?
I eat about 3.5-4+ lbs of meat a day for example, but I do fairly
high intensity weightlifting.
