yes, is that really you? who the hell is Nathan Fox?
if it is really you:
        suggestion 1: get used to eating 'cheap' protein, chicken thighs
usually go for $0.79 per pound, chuck shoulder roast is also fairly
inexpensive.  buy those tough fatty cuts of meat that no one else wants,
just cook them real slow and they'll taste fine.
        suggestion 2: everyone who can spare a bit of cash, send Karl some.

        don't go off the diet now, when you've come so far.  i ate some
onion soup out at a restaurant on wednesday, i told them hold the cheese and
bread, but there must have been something else in there but broth and
onions, cause i am retaining 5 pounds of water weight and i feel miserable.
