Ha ha. Sounds just like me. I have always been skinny, but since about
age 30 began to put on a little right in the gut. looks like a
swallowed soccer ball. Paleo helped a lot but it is still there.
Exercise reduced it but not completely.
By the way, I watched a TV special about hunters of the Amazon, and
noted all their old men had paunchy guts too. May just be a sign of
middle age.
