An article in the local paper, the Oregonian, last week featured an
overweight (probably obese) woman who lost in the tens of pounds over
several months by changing her diet and seriously hitting the work out
room.  If you feel better about yourself, which exercise clearly helps
you do, and you've been overeating as a way of feeling better, than
exercise will help you cut down on your eating, and that *will" result
in weight loss.
