At least one a day, on salad, or sometimes in fruit or veggie juice. In
this quantity, just since Paleo, but I've never been shy of raw eggs. Often
I "cook" eggs, but leave them quite runny. My dog eats them raw, including
the shell. In my whole long life, I've never gotten ill from eggs that I am
aware of. These are mostly supermarket eggs, although lately I've been
getting big hard-shelled brown ones from a smaller distributor. We are in
California, and eggs are local and quite fresh.
