Hoey btw doesn't have any thiamin, so it would cause beriberi as the
main caloric source.
The latter is unlikely however to occur, particularly in paleo humans
(no supermarkets).

The real benefit of honey over a piece of sugar therefore should be it's
minerals, maybe some enzymes, and it's natural antibioticum.
