As far as I know fish oil capsules are made from the body fat of the cold water fish
(rather than their livers). I am not sure if cod liver oil actually contains any meaningful
amounts of omega-3 oils. I believe it (cod liver oil) is used primarily as a source
of A & D, NOT omega-3.
