Can anyone suggest an alternative hot drink to tea? I drank green tea
for quite a while but got to the stage where I was having 5 or 6 cups a
day (everyone at work drinks a load of coffee and they made me a drink
each time). I've stopped completely now, as I'm trying to give my
adrenals a rest and I don't think the caffeine helps. I do kung fu and
they say you should only drink hot drinks when training to avoid
"putting the fire out". Right now I'm drinking nothing but water.

I've tried some fruit teas on sale at Tesco, but they are full of
artificial flavours and add liquorice as a diuretic (scam!) As it
happens I take liquorice as an adrenal tonic, so I don't want to take
any more. I quite like the refreshing, slightly sharp taste of green
tea, but I'm pretty open minded with alternatives.

Thanks
Ashley
