I heard from a few  bodybuilders who tried this kind of diet and failed.
On such a diet it seems impossible to build or even sustain muscule mass.

I think that it can be explained two ways:
- it's unnatural to have huge muscule mass and body simply shredds
unnecessery pounds (no matter if it's fat or muscules);
- we simply forgot what means big meal and eating this way most people are
not able to stomach enough food in the evening.

I tried it myself with very poor results but with some modifications I will
try it soon again.
