Maybe it's because fish is "over-eaten". ie, excess protein causes spikes
in insulin for insulin resistant people. If I remember Amadeus and Todd
discussing the believed amount of proteins at any one meal to be around 34
grams???? It doesn't take much fish to eat 34 grams of protein. Any
thought on this one? Oliva

I just plain old get hungry again after eating fish - for ANYTHING - not
just carbs.

This is provided I have ever been able to fill up on fish at a meal at
all without tons of carbs. I find seafood impossible to "fill up" on.

I guess I am a direct descendent of those who invented the "fish course"
and decided to follow it with a real meat course right after.

Speaking of fish, does anyone else on the list get carb yearnings about
a
hour after eating fish
