what a great idea. thanks for posting that tip.
i have baby kale in my fall garden and find that it is good to eat raw
in its
immature state. also have flat leaf mustard, green leaf lettuce, red
oak
lettuce, spinach, and carrots growing. we have very mild winters here
in
South Texas ..this kind of stuff grows well here.
