Actually, I read that the e-coli problem is caused from feeding cattle soy
products.  I don't think our ancestors would have had that particular
problem.

Again, an individual person can do very well on raw meat. Maybe it is the
ideal diet for some. Especially, if they have access to quality product.

From a group standpoint, cooking probably allowed enough people to survive
hard times so our species could live almost everywhere on this planet.

This was a fun thread. I hope no one is upset.
