How many times did they take your blood pressure during that physical? Did
they have you lie down and relax for a few minutes then take it again?

You can buy a personally blood pressure meter at most drug stores. If you
are really concerned about your blood pressure, buy one and measure your
blood pressure several times during the day. You will see a large variation
in readings. The lowest will be when you lay down and are relaxed.
