In addition to this; here's another thing to consider doing if
you choose to exercise (lift weights): do it first thing
in the morning before your first meal. This seems to
work in getting the metabolism going for fat burning. And
your first meal would be just meat, of course; and as
Troy said regulate the amount of non-meats your eat.
