I think it may be possible to buy the flour -- there is a restaurant I know
where they serve a mesquite dessert. It was very sweet. It wasn't stone
ground, so it was not very authentic. But clearly foods like this are highly
nutritious, because they are essentially wild, and have not been interfered
with by selective breeding, and other deleterious agricultural practices.
