Seems that in largely vegetarian south India, people who consume peanut oil have heart disease rates as high or
higher than in the U.S.  It has also been shown to produce damage in animal studies and is often used to
produce heart problems in animals so scientists can study treatments.

Peanuts are not actually nuts; they are legumes.  Almond butter is far better for your health and is really
good on pork rinds:)
