Hi there,

I take lots of little tins of tuna in spring water to work. The ones with
the ring pulls. I also have a bottle of olive oil so I drain off the water
from the tin and pour in lots of oil and eat it with a fork from the tin.

It keeps me away from the chocolate most of the time.

I also have bags of almonds at work to nibble on.

Lunch is provided where I work and I avoid the inevitable pasta and rice and
stick to the salads and meat with fruit for dessert.

Al
