I guess for me it is a matter of priorities.  I am not very interested in
feeling unwell, being fat and thinking in a fog.  Some times I slip - but
most of the time I can honestly say I am not interested.

I could not have said that pre-low carb.  But, now I have the control to
make wise choices most of the time.  I feel well, full, satisfied, slim and
energetic and mentally sharp eating paleo low carb so that makes the other
"food" less appealing to me.
