Digestive competence is said to vary with the population of intestinal flora, which in turn varies with
environment (guess).
Is it possible that this explains the problems moderns have with dairy, and maybe applies to paleo folks?
I'm thinking of my bad reaction to all dairy except thoroughly fermented (kefir).
