What about psoriatic arthritis? I have very minimal outbreaks on the
surface but I do have some minor joint damage from the arthritis. At
present I'm taking Indocin for the condition.

I came into this diet because I'm gluten and lactose intolerant but can
I also expect to cut down on the medication for arthritis? Also, what
about the link between gouty arthritis and red meat? By the way, I don't
own a scale but my clothes no longer have that "sort of stuffed" look.
