Mary, I eat regular bacon, but it is the wonderful Pederson's brand from
Whole Foods made without nitrites. I'm sure you can get it where you
are, although the Fresh Fields on the East Coast doesn't have it, only
some other brands that I think are inferior. Still, those brands don't
have nitrite either. Pedersons has very little sugar, too. A paleo
trade-off I guess!
