I don't know, Thomas. This sounds like YOUR issue/concern being projected
onto others. I am religious about my nutrition, find no social problems
because of it, and do many things besides read this list, eat and exercise.
I find this to be the simplest way I've ever eaten.

While I don't go out to dinner with anyone, I do join others in their
homes (bringing my own food) and invite others to my home (they eat what I
eat while here). Friends don't make issues out of differences -they
celebrate them.

I find that if I accept myself and my nutritional choices, others do also.
Those who don't are either ignorant, need to get a life, or need a whipping
post. These people are not my friends.

Yes, on my deathbed I will be glad that I chose health for my years of
living. I indeed do want my child to live this way.

No one tells us how to eat. We choose this. You can choose whatever you
want to choose. The only prerequisite is that you accept your own choices.

Have you thought that maybe some people are supposed to be more obsessive
about this because they:

1) Need/Want to be for their own health?

2) Are the pioneers who do this for humankind?

3) Love this lifestyle?

Those are only a few of the reasons I'm sure exist.

Why are you agonizing over this?
