Be careful of eating these unless they are organic as they tend to have a
lot of pesticides (at least North American ones do).

Unless you make your own juice (with apples and small bit of water in a
blender, say, or in a juicer), I wouldn't waste my money on any commercial
fruit juice.

>6 oz of chocolate milk

Use straight milk - chocolate is too sweet.
