Since some people have been discussing eating raw (and live) food, I have
considered trying raw turkey.  I have one that I killed in South Texas in
December that is thawing as I write.  Do I just rip a piece off and eat?  Do
I heat it?  Do I need to worry about eating raw poultry?  Does it matter
that it is wild?  Please help.
