Hello,

I am currently testing this hyothesis by experimenting with my diet.
Normally, i eat a paleolithic diet which is not low carb.
Between 3 and 5 days after i eat grain-fed beef my skin breaks out and i
experience brain fog. For the last 6 days i have eaten hamburger (less
than 10% fat) from pasture-fed, organic cows and have not experienced
any bad reactions.

Good health,
mark
