Atkins also recommends oil of oregano. Taken internally this pungent liquid
is an extremely powerful antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and
antiparasitic agent. It is extracted from wild oregano plants, which are
quite different from the oregano used in food recipes. The oil can be used
with oregano capsules as well. It would be my first line of treatment in
fighting Candida.
