I crave greens, too.  But they are not bitter(I know by composition they
are, but...) We are organic vegetable growers and the greens that are
coming out of the field at this time are so sweet, especially the
collards it must be the cool nights we are still having.  I can't wait
to steam some up every day and then I just eat them with out anything on
them. yummmm!
